A prototyping engagement delivers a focused, functional prototype designed to validate an idea, workflow, or technical approach, not a finished production system. If the prototype proves the concept, production implementation becomes its own clearly scoped project.

We use AI where it creates clear, observable value, such as classification, extraction, or drafting, and we build in a human review step wherever a decision genuinely matters. We don't add AI for its own sake.
